I refer to this section of the work as The Cocktail Table. This is the image of the cocktail table used on the Oprah Show's set during her previous season. I noticed that there was usually a small round floral arrangement on the table, so I created a similar styled arrangement to represent Oprah's Angel Network. Instead of flowers I've used pocket change and instead of foliage I've used the olive branches from US currency. On the other hand, this floral arrangement may also represent something else entirely. The 'type' "SYRUP What takes us so long?" is something that you will have to draw your own conclusion about.
