Bruce Cegur (herein referred to as the artist) maintains the copyright on all photographs contained on this CD. The artist gives his permission for the purchase price of this CD the following limited rights.

1. The purchaser may use the photographs on the CD as source material for the creation of art.
   
2. The Purchaser may use the photographs on this CD in advertisements as a way to promote their company, business or Northwest Indiana.
   
3. The Purchaser may use the photographs on this CD on web pages
   

The Purchaser agrees that he will not copy the contents of this CD for resale or sell or reproduce the photographic images as his/her own or as the artist's without his written permission.
